Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the content provider or user who posted the material, if applicable.
- Take reasonable steps to prevent further infringement.
Counter-Notifications
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district where our business is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
